Ramya needed a specific wheat-and-barley blend for her family, but packaged flour offered fixed formulas and little visibility into how the grain was handled.
Together with Akriti, she reimagined the neighbourhood chakki: traditional milling, cleaner handling, custom blends and doorstep convenience in one transparent service.
