• Order information: items purchased, custom blend preferences, order history, and payment status. We do not store full card or UPI details — these are processed directly by our payment gateway partner.

• Optional location interest: if you submit the homepage prompt, we store only your 6-digit pincode, the delivery result, and the version of the notice you accepted. We do not collect GPS coordinates or attach this submission to your name, phone, IP address, device, or account.
• Usage data: pages visited, time spent on site, device and browser type, and IP address, collected automatically via cookies and analytics tools.

03Pincode-based delivery planning

Submitting a pincode in the homepage prompt is optional and is separate from checking delivery on a product or at checkout. We use consented submissions only in aggregate to understand where customers would like us to deliver. They are automatically deleted after 12 months. Choosing ‘Not now’ does not affect the website, prices, or your ability to order.
