01About our products

• All TrueBatch flour is milled fresh, in small batches, only after an order is confirmed — we do not stock pre-milled inventory.
• Because each batch is milled separately, there may be mild, natural variation in texture, colour, or grind consistency between orders. We take every care to minimise this, but such variation is a natural result of small-batch, fresh milling rather than a product defect.
• Product images on our website are for representative purposes only; actual appearance may vary slightly due to the natural, minimally processed nature of our grains.

02Custom blends

• Custom flour blends are prepared strictly according to the grain types, ratios, and specifications requested by the customer at the time of order.
• TrueBatch is not liable for any change in taste, flavour, texture, or cooking behaviour that results from a customer’s own blend selection. We recommend customers familiarise themselves with a grain’s properties, available in our grain guides, before requesting a custom blend.
• Once a custom blend order is confirmed, it cannot be modified, as milling begins immediately. See our cancellation policy.

03Health & dietary information

• Information on our website regarding grains, nutrition, or health benefits is provided for general educational purposes only and is not medical advice.
• Customers with specific health conditions — for example diabetes, coeliac disease, gluten intolerance, food allergies, or those who are pregnant or nursing — should consult a qualified medical professional before making dietary changes.
• While we take care with our sourcing and processing, our facility processes multiple grain types, and we cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contact between grains, gluten-containing products, or other allergens.

04Pricing & product availability

• Prices, product descriptions, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
• In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
• Certain grains or blends may be seasonally or temporarily unavailable due to sourcing constraints.

05Limitation of liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueBatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
• Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that order.

06Intellectual property

All content on our website — including text, logos, images, recipes, and grain guides — is the property of TrueBatch and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our written permission.

07Right to refuse service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, unavailability of stock, or abusive conduct toward our team.

08Force majeure

TrueBatch shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, or government restrictions.

09Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

10Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms and conditions periodically. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised date, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the changes.
