As all TrueBatch orders are milled fresh only after confirmation, we are unable to accept cancellation requests once an order has been placed. Milling typically begins shortly after order confirmation, meaning your grain has already been committed to your order by the time a cancellation request would reach us.
We recommend reviewing your cart, delivery address, and custom blend selections carefully before completing checkout.
