Loved for centuries, our Khapli (Emmer) Wheat Flour is an ancient heirloom grain that has remained untouched by modern cross-breeding. It's responsibly sourced from organic farmers in selected regions of Maharashtra. Known for its low glycemic profile, it offers a gentle, fiber-rich alternative to regular wheat.

Usage guide
Texture – Slightly more firm in comparison to other wheat varieties.
Usage instructions – Use slightly more water while kneading and allow the dough to rest for 20–30 minutes for better softness and rollability. Add a little milk in case you want them to be softer.
Ideal uses – Suitable for daily rotis, parathas, and traditional Indian meals.
