About this product
A soft, everyday wheat from the fields of Madhya Pradesh, responsibly sourced from 100% organic farmers. Milled whole — endosperm, bran and germ — so nothing is stripped out of your daily roti. Flavour — mild and lightly sweet, with a soft, familiar texture.
In the kitchen
- Texture — soft, fine flour, pale cream in colour.
- Knead with room-temperature water and rest the dough 15–20 minutes before rolling.
- Ideal for daily rotis, parathas, puris and everyday Indian cooking.
- Prepared in a facility that processes grains containing gluten. Not suitable for people with gluten allergies.
