The flour

A seven-grain blend with 50% Lokwan wheat, 10% each of ragi, jowar, bajra and channa dal, and 5% each of foxtail millet and barley. The grains are stone-milled together after you order.

Flavour – Earthier and nuttier than the 70% wheat blend.

Ingredients – Lokwan wheat (50%), ragi (10%), jowar (10%), bajra (10%), channa dal (10%), foxtail millet (5%), barley (5%).

Usage guide

Texture – Slightly denser than regular wheat flour.

Usage instructions – Knead with warm water and rest the dough for 20-25 minutes. Add a little more water if the dough feels stiff.

Ideal uses – Rotis and parathas.
