The flour
A five-grain blend of Khapli wheat (30%), soyabean (20%), roasted channa dal (20%), bajra (15%) and ragi (15%), stone-milled together after you order.
Flavour – Nutty, with roasted notes from the channa dal.

Usage guide
Texture – Denser than regular wheat flour.
Usage instructions – Knead with warm water and rest the dough for 20-25 minutes. Add a little more water if the dough feels stiff.
Ideal uses – Rotis and parathas.
